My Frequently Asked Questions

If you are stressed and need to alleviate your tension, why not pay Kat Shea Healing Arts a visit and allow my effective treatments to relax you? This questions-and-answers page supplied by myself will answer any questions that you may have about my neuromuscular therapy treatments, and what you will get out of hiring me for my services over the competition.

  • Why hire your company?

My massage therapy service has been providing people from all walks of life who live in Boulder, CO with excellent massage services since 1980. My experience spans decades and have all the knowledge that will make visiting my service worth your while. Everything that I do is above board, so you have nothing to fear when you walk through my door. If you are unsure of what service will suit your needs the most, I will sit down with you to discuss what your ailments are, so it gives me a better idea of what you need.

  • Do you take debit/credit cards?

I take payment made via the following ways: cash, Zelle, or checks. The choice is yours!

  • Do you only offer your services to the residents living in the Boulder, CO area?

No. As a professional massage therapist, I also welcome clients from all the following areas:

    • Gunbarrel, CO
    • Lafayette, CO
    • Longmont, CO
    • Louisville, CO
    • Erie, CO

Failure to see your area doesn’t necessarily mean I cannot cover it. Call today and ask.

  • What services can you offer me?

I am able to provide you with the following list of services:

    • Reflexology
    • Classical Homeopathic Therapy
    • Somatic Psychotherapy
    • Postpartum Massage
    • Pregnancy Massage
    • Bowen Therapy
    • Manual Lymph Drainage
    • Neuromuscular Therapy
    • Deep Tissue Massage
    • Sport Massage

    I encourage inquiries.

  • Is there a difference between massage and Bowen Therapy?

There are several differences between the two. Massage uses long strokes that go in the direction of muscle fibers, whereas Bowen Therapy uses short rolling movements that are done across the body of muscle fibers.

  • What are the opening hours of Kat Shea Healing Arts?

I am available at the following times:

    Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM

    Saturday: Appointment Only

    Sunday: Closed

  • Are appointments compulsory?

I do strenuously advise my customers to make one whenever possible, especially my new clients. The reason I prefer an appointment to be made is I like to spend time with new customers to get to know their history, and if they have any health issues, so I know which one of my services will help to alleviate your problem the best.

  • Can I get a free estimate?

I will give you prices for individual services over the phone, or to walk-ins.

  • Is there feedback?

Yes. Your next place to visit is my home and testimonials page if you want to know more about my quality standards.

If you feel more confident and would like to make an appointment with a professional reflexologist or if you have further questions that were not covered by this article, please feel free to contact me today at this number (303) 447-0474 within my working hours.
